The program will include outstanding plenary sessions and technical presentations that address the Challenges of Change that we as a society are facing. It will also be the site of our annual committee meetings and offer fun social events that allow us to renew old friendships and make new ones.

The World Environmental & Water Resources Congress is an important opportunity for professionals in the environmental and water fields to convene and focus on topics of the day. This year’s technical program focuses on the Challenges of Change. It is imperative that the environmental and engineering community take a leadership role in addressing the changes that are so prevalent in today’s society, whether they be technical, economic, social, environmental or political.
