Contract CDD Description :
We are interested in a medicinal chemistry program dedicated to inhibitors of tyrosine kinases involved in cancer, in collaboration with biologists of the Institut Curie.
We have already developped several methodologies for the synthesis of polysubstituted purines. We have also an expertise in the field of CH activation of azole compounds.
In this context, we wish to synthesize a library of purine-based compounds.
Position profile : The group is currently recruiting new collaborators at the post-doc level to reinforce its activity in these areas of research. Expertise in heterocyclic chemistry and/or work with metal-catalyzed systems would be an advantage.
If you are interested by this proposal, please send your CV, a motivation letter, and contact information of two researchers with whom you have worked in the past to Sandrine Piguel or Michel Legraverend.
