The Position
CSIRO ICT Centre’s Health Data Team is actively seeking a Research Engineer to join a successful team of researchers and engineers working together to develop the foundations of next generation health information systems. To be successful in this role you will have a PhD in
Computer Science,
Information Technology or a related discipline. You’ll be enthusiastic about making a hands-on contribution to solving the research challenges found in electronic health records, clinical terminologies, clinical guidelines and clinical decision support. Your practical experience with Web 2.0 and Semantic web technologies will assist in developing prototypes that demonstrate your ideas.
